For this August Crafternoon session, you will create your own one-of-a-kind art design on canvas using colorful tumbled glass/sea glass. You will arrange and adhere your design to the canvas and take your creation home to admire. You are encouraged to bring any sea glass, driftwood, or small shells you have collected to use for your project. Tumbled glass and a variety of canvas sizes will be available to choose from. We will also provide both glue to hold the project together and fine-tip sharpies to make your lines .

This series of craft workshops, offered monthly, will provide a wide range of recreational arts and craft projects for adults of all ages. The projects are selected to be completed in the 90-120 minute session. Each class will be lead by a staff member. The sessions vary each month in the type of materials used to create projects. The idea is for each participant to walk away with a finished project. Each project will use lower-tech equipment, and all materials will be provided.
