Protect Our Winters: A Film Screening

Protect Our Winters: A Film Screening In-Person

Protect Our Winters (POW) is a climate advocacy organization founded by Pro snowboarder Jeremy Jones. POW turns outdoor passion into climate action by uniting millions of athletes, brands, and outdoor enthusiasts into the bipartisan voting bloc known as the Outdoor State™ to push for clean air, water, and a healthy planet. From helping pass the largest climate bill in U.S. history to defending public lands, POW drives political will and highlights the science and economic upside of climate progress. Join us for a screening of two of their films. Afterwards, we will discuss the films, how winter in the Northeast has evolved, our love of winter sports, snow, the effects of climate change, and more.

This program is free and open to the public.
